The hotel's location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the rooms are decent, although a bit worn out, and some even come with balconies as promised. the pool is large and enjoyable, but unfortunately, the smaller pool is often empty and not suitable for families with children. the breakfasts offered at the hotel are satisfactory, providing a decent start to the day.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with reports of cockroaches in the bathrooms and a lack of cleaning service unless staying for more than a week.

For anyone looking for a rental apartment in buildings not being maintained this is the place. Personel is only in place a short period of time each day and the place is not being maintained, it might be because we visited in the low season, but all facilities where closed down and you felt like going through an empty town when being sent to your room. There are water damage many places in the buildings and to top it of the toilet could not flush... We also booked another residence from holidaysdom, prior to our depart and it was the same setup, we can not recommend anyone looking for cheap hotel establishments to use a facility from holidaysdom.

Close too the beach, large rooms, free WiFi at the reception, kitchen in the room

Keep in mind, it is a residence and not a hotel, so only reduced services are offered; the guest has to empty his garbage after the stay himself, no toilet paper is aveailable in the rooms and public facilities, reception has very limited opening times,deposit of 100€ in cash is required, no towels

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach and several local bars and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned regularly. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi access throughout the building, which was a nice convenience.

The hotel decor was outdated and in need of renovation. the pool was not well-maintained, which made it less inviting.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great time at the hotel. The first thing we loved was the beautiful swimming pool. It was large and clean, perfect for a refreshing dip on hot afternoons. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was situated near the beach. It was just a short walk away, which made it convenient for us to spend our days sunbathing and enjoying the ocean breeze. Another advantage we appreciated was the friendly staff. They were always ready to help and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects of our experience that we were not thrilled about. our room did not have a balcony as we had expected.
